Notice of Consideration Of Proposed 2024 Rate Increase

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S, to the customers of Forest View Acres Water District and all other interested persons that a proposed rate increase has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the District for the ensuing year 2024. Such proposed rate increase will be considered at the regular Board meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2024 at the offices of Monument Sanitation District, 130 2nd Street, Monument, Colorado. Any customer or interested persons may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the proposed rate increase. A copy of such proposed increase has been filed in the office of the District located at Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, Colorado, telephone number 303-381-4960, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. where the same is open for public inspection.
